All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you regarding the status of your order.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to modify your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.

Lavelours is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date provided, please contact us at business@lavelours.com so that we can investigate the shipment and assist you in finding a resolution.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product.

  • Photos of the shipping label.

  • Photos of the inner and outer packaging.

  • Photos showing how the item arrived inside the package.

This information helps us assess the issue and process your claim as quickly as possible.
